Using this website
The information on this site — photographs, pedigree details, descriptions and availability — is provided in good faith and kept as current as we can. Availability changes quickly; a puppy shown as available may be reserved by the time you inquire. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of sale.
Inquiries and the waitlist
Submitting the inquiry form does not reserve a puppy and does not create a contract. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Joining the waitlist means we will contact you when a suitable litter is available; it does not guarantee a placement or a specific puppy.
Reserving a puppy [CONFIRM]
- A puppy is reserved only when a deposit has been received and we have confirmed it in writing.

Health guarantee [CONFIRM]
Every puppy leaves with age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a health record, and ABKC registration paperwork. Our written health guarantee covers [CONFIRM — e.g. congenital defects for the first 12 months], subject to the buyer [CONFIRM — e.g. having the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of collection]. The full guarantee is provided with your purchase agreement and is available on request before you place a deposit.
Collection and delivery [CONFIRM]
Puppies may be collected in person by appointment. Where we arrange ground transport or a flight nanny, the cost is quoted separately and paid by the buyer. Delivery is arranged at the buyer's request and risk; we will always tell you exactly what is involved before anything is booked.
Buyer responsibilities
American Bullies are a powerful breed. Before purchasing, please confirm that the breed is permitted where you live and that your housing, rental agreement, and insurer allow it. Some cities, counties, countries, and insurers restrict this breed. We cannot accept responsibility for a purchase that a buyer is not legally permitted to keep, and we ask you to check before placing a deposit.
Stud service [CONFIRM]
Stud service terms, fees, and health-testing requirements for the visiting female are agreed in writing in advance. [CONFIRM — fee, what is included, whether a repeat service is offered].
Photographs and content
All photographs, text, and pedigree material on this site belong to Juice Man Bullies and may not be reproduced or used in other listings without permission.
Limits
Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under applicable consumer law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the puppy.
